The hotel has a great location, right next to the city center and tram 9, and the rooms are new and quite spacious.

My family and I truly enjoyed being there. I had smooth check in and the rooms were tidy. The staff was helpful and fabulously friendly and always greeted me. It was in an excellent location in the centre. Plus, it was close to Wroclaw, public transport and the tram stop.

The location here was convenient for the places we wanted to visit and there was a restaurant nearby that we enjoyed.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibis Budget. The price-performance ratio was excellent, and the place was very nice and clean. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were always ready to help and provided great customer service. We also loved the fun eco cleaning system with gifts. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the road, allowing for a quiet night's sleep. Plus, there's an additional restaurant in cooperation with Novotel for those seeking a more luxurious dining experience.

I booked a double room for a short stay and liked it. A roll-in shower in the bathroom was a plus. Marvellous and fantastic location near parks, met expectation. The front desk staff at Ibis Budget in Wroclaw were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. We were warmly greeted and assisted throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond by providing two packs of cat food for our furry companions. It was such a kind gesture that we've never experienced before in our travels. Our cats were delighted, and so were we.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and everything is really pleasant, plus it's conveniently located about 20 km from the airport.

The staff is super nice and helpful. I got welcomed as the ‘guest of the day’ and got candies and a free coffee for it. the hotel is very clean and quiet. They offer pay parking just in front of the hotel. There is a good buffet breakfast in the morning with plenty to choose from. They have a Novotel next door where you can order food and drinks if necessary. They allow pets and offer a very clean room. the staff is friendly and reception is excellent.
